All engagements require formal documentation of requirements, which we transform into precise Gantt-chart timelines and transparent cost projections before kickoff.

Professional NDAs and Non-Compete Agreements are signed prior to any technical disclosure to ensure absolute protection of your corporate intelligence and vision.

Project costs are dynamically scaled based on technology complexity, team seniority, and integration depth. We offer both fixed-price and agile/hourly models.

Fixed-price projects operate on audited milestones with secure advance payments, while hourly sprints are invoiced based on resource utilization and sprint velocity.

Cancellations made within 7 days of invoicing are eligible for full refunds, provided no consultative or architectural work has commenced. Standard transaction fees apply.

While we discourage project cessation, clients can cancel future unstarted milestones. Completed deliverables and active sprints are considered final and non-refundable.
